The 1st learning cycle of PROSPECT will start in May 2018. Representatives from local and regional authorities can sign up as mentor or mentee to exchange knowledge and experience on how to apply innovative financing schemes. Each applicant can choose between the five learning modules of PROSPECT (Public Buildings, private Buildings, Transport, Public Lighting, Cross Sectoral) and decide whether to participate in a study visit or the Peer Mentoring programme.
