Consortium
A well-balanced, European-wide Consortium has been formulated for PROSPECT, which includes the direct exchange of knowledge, experience and meaningful capacity building between knowledge centers, Networks of cities and regions, and regional agencies. Jointly, through the associations and extensive networks (three out of the five current networks managing the Covenant of Mayors Office are part of PROSPECT, namely FEDARENE, ENERGY CITIES and EUROCITIES), PROSPECT aims to reach cities and regions in all EU Member States and candidate countries.
IEECP (scientific coordinator) and IHS (legal coordinator), as leading institutes in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable energy planning projects are responsible for the development of the PROSPECT learning programme and its effective implementation. CLIMATE-KIC and UPRC will also contribute to the development of the PROSPECT learning platform and ensure its replicability outside the consortium. S. Energia (covering the municipalities of Barreiro, Moita and Montijo), ESV (an energy agency of Upper Austria) and the municipality of Trnava will be able to follow the learning programme and provide effective feedback.
The PROSPECT consortium brings together experienced partners with a far-reaching community in Europe. You can follow them on Twitter, Facebook or join our Prospect group on LinkedIn!
