59 mentee cities, energy agencies and regions from 14 countries will be accompanied by 18 mentors from 12 countries in their learning journey!

The fourth and final cycle of the PROSPECT learning programme will indeed start in December 2019. Mentors and mentees will exchange experience on innovative financing schemes during peer mentoring meetings (one to one meetings) or study visits (one mentor city hosting up to seven mentees).

The learning will empower participants to make use of best practices in developing financing for sustainable plans and actions, which have been implemented successfully in other cities and regions in the European Union.
