The engagement campaign for the first edition of the PROSPECT learning programme attracted over 60 cities, regions and energy agencies from 21 countries!
Stay tune, the successful participants will be announced in April.
The first cycle of the learning programme will indeed start in May 2018. Five modules will be available: public buildings, private buildings, transport, public lighting and cross-sectoral. Mentors and mentees will exchange experience on innovative financing schemes in these five thematic areas during peer mentoring meetings (one to one meetings) or study visits (one mentor city hosting seven mentees).
The learning will empower participants to make use of best practices in developing financing for sustainable plans and actions, which have been implemented successfully in other cities and regions in the European Union.
Within each module, there will be three online and one physical meeting where concrete guidance for developing financing schemes will be provided.
